At Esraa Fashion Shop, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to provide exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below for details.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, including final sale items, personalized/custom pieces, and accessories (such as jewelry), are non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:

Contact Us: Email esraafashionmd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide an exchange authorization if eligible with a return label.

Ship the Item Back: Securely pack and ship your item to the address provided in the exchange authorization.

Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-exchangeable:
❌ Final sale items
❌ Personalized/custom orders
❌ Accessories (jewelry, scarves, etc.)
❌ Items worn, washed, or missing original packaging/tags
