We currently ship within the United States from our location in Towson, MD.
International shipping is not available at this time.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders via USPS.
Estimated delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
Free shipping may be available on orders over $150 USD.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order directly on the USPS website.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Esraa Fashion Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by USPS.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
